It's hard to do when someone else makes you do it. It needs to come from your own heart. But I will say that I started working out 5 times a week in mid January as well as watching what I eat. I've been told that if I eat into the calories I burned it will slow my weight loss. I try not to get into those - but if I work out for an hour or so and burn off 600 calories, and eat 100 of them I am happy with that. I've lost 16 pounds since January 17th. I am trying to escalate my weight loss so I am working out more…

My calorie goal is 1580 calories. With the workout (and the exercise is really important), I have managed to lose 16 pounds since January 17th. I can't imagine trying to make it on 1,000 calories.

I find that Sunday is the most difficult day. I can't go work out that day. And Yesterday was tough too - but I did manage to stay under my calorie goals.
