Sweet Jesus it's my favorite movie ever! And filmed in my area no less :)

Nope...not at all. Most of mine so far has come from my legs and hips. I've just in the last week or so started noticing a difference in my tummy area.

For salmon I usually just do salt, pepper, a little lemon juice and maybe some dill.

But could you not get the same results with less than $10 worth of Glad containers and a Sharpie?
-
Because "no offense" always negates the fact that they were just completely rude. Don't you hate that? Let them say what they want, but you have done awesome and look great and their opinions don't really matter in the long-term anyway :)
-
Oh sweet Jesus, yes! Or a peanut butter poptart :)

Taco (the Chihuahua) has sweaters for the winter and I dressed him up as a little devil one year for Halloween.

You mean volume and mass aren't interchangeable terms? It's just like the comparison of a pound of fat to a pound of muscle. As far as mass they're exactly the same, but they're very different volume-wise.

^^^^^ Yes! After seeing a review of this program my husband nominated me to do this for him. I can get a crap ton of containers at the dollar store for nothing and set him up for several days at a time by batch cooking and using my food scale to measure out his portions. Same concept, just a lot cheaper, and a lot less…

The fact that we are so busy is one good reason to avoid the hype and fad diets. For weight loss to stick and healthy living to become sustainable, we have to make it a part of our daily routine, no matter how busy things already are. I also have a full time job, am in school full time, have two kids, two dogs, and a…

This site has definitely been a great thing for me. There have been several days that I just wanted to give up, but then I'd get a notification that someone had liked or commented on one of my posts, and it's truly motivated me to stick with it.

Holy wow! You look awesome!

Ozzfest 2001. Disturbed, Slipknot, Manson, Linkin Park, and Sabbath were all awesome.

If it's a chocolate thing, I've been getting my fix with a chocolate protein shake. They're pretty filling and taste awesome :)

So far I've lost a bald eagle, but I'm aiming for a newborn calf :)

Definitely start slow. I've only been at this for about a month myself and I think my first walk was less than 15 minutes. It takes time and patience and we can only do what our bodies will allow us to do. But the more you do, the easier it gets. One of my favorite mantras is no matter how little you do, you're still…

Holy freakin' cow. She is my new hero for sure!

You should do whatever works for you. As long as you are reaching your goals and you're happy with how you're getting there, that's all that matters :)

So glad I didn't chance opening that link here at work, lol.

We honestly do both. We have a "no food in the living room" rule, but we also have a wall mounted television in our dining room, although we don't always turn it on during a meal. I try to pre-log my food so it doesn't really matter for me one way or the other. We really only put the TV in there because that wall is…

Never tried it but I'm going to say yuck. Sausage gravy and biscuits.

I am in the beginning stages of Rheumatoid Arthritis so I totally understand where you're coming from. Honestly, I feel so much better when I'm able to exercise. The more sedentary I am, the more my muscles atrophy, and the more pain I feel in my joints. It's definitely hard at first, but getting out and getting active has…

You've already made a step in the right direction by acknowledging that you want to make changes in your life! So kudos for that! The first steps are always the hardest but it comes down to this: you're never going to see change without effort. So here's my breakdown :) #1 - If you have 30 minutes out of the day to watch…

OK...I totally sang that in my head to the "Do you want to build a snowman?" tune before I ever opened the thread and then this:

We have a gym setup in our basement and this would be a great addition! I'm kind of lacking in the motivation department lately and this would be an awesome kick in the pants! Love it!

It's either the local top 40 station or the little old men have the radio turned off so they can hear C-SPAN. It's brutal. That's why I never leave home without my iPhone and earphones.

I'm currently a word processor for a major NC law firm. By this time next year I will be a certified paralegal with an AAS in Paralegal Technologies.
