I'm a yolk girl too, although if I'm doing an omelette I'll do one whole egg and two additional whites to beef it up a little. My husband on the other hand, is strictly a no yolk guy. He had one bad cholesterol report and has apparently nixed them for life. If we has a hard boiled egg, the dog gets the yolk.

I have the Fiex and love it. Mostly because it syncs with MFP and also that it's waterproof. I am really bad about misplacing things, so only removing it for charging makes it more difficult for me to lose it.

I do get outside and walk as well, but considering we just dropped $1,000+ on our treadmill I can't not use it, lol

It is actually...not sure why that's funny...but like I said, I'm not very up to speed on what the best choices are. That's why I asked for advice.

Treadmill :)

I have heard of the program but didn't realize there was an app for it. I'll have to check it out (I'm an app junkie, lol).

I'm really just starting. I'm working on intervals of either 30 seconds or a tenth of a mile at a time on the treadmill.

That sounds awesome! And I think I already have everything I need :) I think this may be my experiment this week!

Thanks so much for the tips and recipes :) I'm going to give it a try when I'm on vaca next week!

I just ordered this one from Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ELCL42G/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It had pretty decent reviews and the price was right.

In general you will have to log everything separately. You can add "recipes" for when you consistently have the same items together so you only have to log one thing instead of several. Just be sure that if you do this you measure and weigh out every ingredient to ensure accuracy.

That is definitely worth checking out!

I started out on the 50/30/20 (carb/fat/protein) too but I've really noticed a decline in my energy level over the last few days, so I've changed my goals to 40/30/30 (carbs/fat/protein). I'm hoping the higher protein levels will give me more sustainable, long-term energy throughout the day. You'd likely need more protein…

The hubby and I both enjoy cuddling to go to sleep....with our respective pillows because neither of us can stand skin-to-skin contact when we're trying to doze off.

Do you have a Pinterest account? I have found a ton of great recipes there.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the only way you're going to know is to get on the scale. If it were me, I'd rather know what the damage is than drive myself crazy with speculation.

I love salmon and try to have it at least once a week because it's super quick and easy. My go to recipe is: 4ish ounce salmon filet tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp minced garlic salt, pepper, and dill to taste lemon juice Spray your pan with non-stick, coat the filet with olive oil then add seasonings; top with garlic and squirt on…

I love my southern comfort foods. I'm planning homemade sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast in the morning :)

Instead of judging and allowing your own insecurities to take over, try being friendly to these folks and maybe even speaking to some of them. If they're fit and in shape, they obviously know what they're doing and you never know, you may just make a friend or two who can help keep you motivated in the right direction.

That's a wonderful accomplishment! As a fellow comfort eater I understand what I big deal it is. Glad everything turned out OK for you with your eye as well!

Game of Thrones. My husband and I watched the first three seasons over about two weeks before the most recent season started. It's going to be a long wait until April. We're working our way through True Blood right now. I'm about 1/2 way through season 4.
