For me, I do my best to keep all the foods that would trigger me to binge either out of my house or not buy them at All. For example, to help me reduce my binging, I have purchased "snack size" cracker packets and chip packets. Keep them in the trunk of my car. Being able to deadlift almost 40 lbs of sedated dog almost several times in a 20 min time span without getting breathless. I'm on day 47 of trying to eat healthier and while the weight has not changed much yet I am finding some tasks easier :smiley: Congratulations to everyone else and their NS Victories!!

POPSICLESSS!! :) Can't get enough of them lately. Tossed some yogurt cups in the freezer with spoons inserted in the middle; so I can have yogurt pops tomorrow night. Om nom nom.

As long as it fits in with my calories for the day, I will eat it. Or plan days around it-I wanted PB so much that I had PB and apples for lunch today. And it was perfect.

I either wear leggings, or if those aren't practical (like if I want to show off some leg, it's hot out, or I'm wearing my scrubs) I put on a pair of biker (spandex-y) shorts!! That way, I at least have some form of fabric between my thighs XD

I think the most important thing is pleasing your partner-if you can do it with an average size penis then great! I wouldnt dump someone based on their size but whether or not they could get the job done would be a factor.
