Sounds right to me! You can double check you put in your correct weight and height into the HRM but other than that you're good. 119 sounds right for walking quickly. ~200 cals for 40 min sounds reasonable.

fact. I'd say I'm around an 8 +/- .5. I really have no idea what I'll look like at goal weight so I'm reserving judgement. Honestly though, if somebody told me "you can't lose any more weight, you will be that size forever" I'd be good with that. I'm really happy with my body right now.
