Ahhh, back to goals. I weighed in at 216.8 yesterday, so my August goal will be to get down to 210. Probably too aggressive since I have been struggling with OMAD lately, but we will see. I would like to continue strength training 3x a week and loose 1/2" from my waist. Good luck everyone!

Although you will definitely have success with this, be careful looking for the "significant success" you mentioned above. You are so close to your goal, you are not going to have all of that weight fly off, like some people who have more to lose. Congrats on your progress!!

A little late to the "beefed up" comment, but no one will accidently look like a bodybuilder. I agree you should strength train, and it will accomplish what you are after. Many women (my wife included) are afraid to lift weights, because they don't want to bulk up. You have made great progress, keep up the hard work!
