OMAD has been going well this week. No numbers yet because my old scale finally died, and my new one is 5 lbs higher. Once I get back down to 215 on the new one, I will start putting numbers up, but is a mental block for me to be at 220 again... I practice OMAD when I am trying to lose, it is Warrior Diet-ish. After my body adapted, it is really the easiest way I have found to control calories. I don't stuff myself silly, but I do fill my plate with a meal that fills me up physically, and pleases me emotionally. At maintenance I do IF at 16:8, but not very strict.

I practice 20:4 or OMAD, been at it for a couple of months. Once your body adapts it is second nature.

Great workout this morning! My weights are slowly getting back to where they need to be after deloading due to vacation. I am not having any issues with the fasted workouts this time back up.

This is so mental, I remember when it was second nature, now I can't OMAD to save my life. New Baltimore, 23 mile and I 94, I work in Warren at the Tank Plant. I left TN at 17 yo to join the Army and 23 years later was stationed at Detroit Arsenal. Decided to retire and stay here for a while, got hired back as a civilian and life is good! How about you?

I just got back from vacation, and we had paid for the Disney meal plan which is 2 meals and 2 snacks a day...prepaid. So I ate normal, but tried to make good choices along the way (I slipped in some cupcakes, they were amazing). I maintained, but didn't lose. I am having such a hard time getting back on OMAD. I did OK today, I made it until1, and then only had fruit. I remember how freeing it was only worrying about OMAD, hopefully by next week I will be fully back into it!
