I am awful about yo yo dieting. I lost about 15 pounds in the fall, but I gained it back. I am currently 10 pounds under my prepregnancy weight but I want to lose about 80 pounds. I currently try to eat about 1,500 calories a day. Welcome and Good Luck!

I want to lose 80 total, I've lost 14 so far and I have pants in a range of sizes. Like 14-18. So I will probably be okay until I get pretty close to my goal weight. If you are only halfway to your goal, I personally wouldn't want to spend a lot. Maybe hit up consignment shops or grab a belt.

My first three weekends so was able to stay in my goal. Then last weekend I got all off track.one suggestion I would make is fit in more exercise on the weekend to make up for the extra calories you will want to eat.

I actually got off track for about 4 days. The thing I am proud of is I managed to get back on track. In the past I would mess up and then let it spiral and stay off track.

Hi! I've almost been here a month. I've had 2 "cheat meals" but other then that have been logging my calories and exercising. The program is pretty easy to use and it kinda becomes a habit. I've lost 14 pounds so far. I want to lose about 66 more.

I was overweight before I got pregnant and had the same thing. Ended up loosing in the first trimester because I was so sick. I didn't really gain until the last trimester and it was all baby and water retention. ( I gained 15 pounds)

I have more energy. I feel more confident I looked like "people of Walmart" while grocery shopping yesterday because my jeans kept sliding down my *kitten* (they fit last month)

I have 1 1500 calorie goal too. I am very rarely hungry, even on days I burn 500 calories exercising. But I take a medication that has a side effect of decreased appetite.

I will sometimes eat some of them. Sometimes I do not eat any of them. I have never eaten all of them. I personally try to burn between 300 and 500 calories a day. To me, I see it as extra weight loss. Everyone is different though. I have a lot of weight to loss and am trying to get it off quickly.

Either morning (Like 745, I don't do 5am) or early afternoon. I am a student and work part time. My schedule is more flexible. I can never do evening though. I am busy making dinner and taking care of my son.

I love seeing my scale go down. The bathroom at the gym was being cleaned and I did not get to weigh myself today :( I will get back with you Monday. The gym I go to is like 15 miles away(but right next to where my husband works and free because of his job) and I usually drive to it on the weekend at least once anyway but…

I eat 1,500 calories or less a day. I go to the gym at least five days a week. I took over the dog walking (was my husbands chore) I gave up my amazing yummy 400 plus calorie lattes (for the most part) :) I drink lots of water.

I am SICK! Stuffy nose, headache, cough, basically feel like death... I tried to do the eliptical but I couldn't breath so I only managed 11 mins :( I usually do about 35 mins on the eliptical 5 days a week (2.5 miles) and walk my dog 30 mins a day. Tomorrow is another day I have been cleaning today, does that count?

5'7 and my goal is 1500. I try not to eat my exercise calories ( I did today though) :) I was aiming for 1,250 but I am losing weight faster since I uped my caloires.
