I am not sure if this really counts as calorie confusion. MFP set my calorie goal at 1810. Most days I eat 1300-1500. Once or twice a week I eat 1700-1800. Is this a good idea? Oh and I had surgery end of December and have not yet been cleared for exercise so right now I am just calorie counting.
Ladies, anyone else notice weight loss slow down during a period? I miscarried about 6 weeks ago and this is my first period since that, I was losing weight pretty quick. Like 4 pounds a week. this week only 2. I've only been doing this about 3.5 weeks so my weight may just be slowing down to more normal weight loss.
How do I figure out how many calories I am burning if I do the 30 day shred? I usually use the elliptical at the gym and that tracks calories for me, or walk the dog which is an activity under the tracker here but I have no idea how to track the 30 day shred. thanks!
