How do I figure out how many calories I am burning if I do the 30 day shred?

I usually use the elliptical at the gym and that tracks calories for me, or walk the dog which is an activity under the tracker here but I have no idea how to track the 30 day shred. thanks!

You could purchase a heart rate monitor, which will tell you an estimate of the calories burned.

The MFP database will have the program on most likely, so there's always that

If you log it as 20-25 minutes of circuit training, that will give you an estimate to at least start with. For me, MFP's estimates and my HRM usually matched up fairly closely for the 30 Day Shred. Of course, your mileage may vary.

I read on MFP forums that it works out as roughly the same number of calories per session as you weigh in lbs- so when I weighed 140lb I added 140cals for the 20 minute session of 30 day shred. If I put in 20 mins circuit training into the cardio section of MFP it shows 167cals so either way gives a similar result. Enjoy your workout!
