Ooohh THANK YOU so much everyone. I'm going to checkout fitness blender and revisit runners specialty store in my area. I recently went and tried on mizuno wave creations and liked the feel but they didn't have me walk on the treadmill. I'll go back when it's not so busy:

i am as well iron deficent and have found two supplements that have helped me enormously ss tonic and hema-plex.

i notice my fitness pal doesnt allow you to do that, you would have to manually add the calories burned by using a heart rate monitors which tells you how many cals you burn. hope this helps. :-)

depending on your body, the oatmeal will hold you over longer, which in your case matters. As well you have to look at carbs and sugar intake.

are you getting enough vitamins and enough protein in ? Do you take a multi-vitamin daily ? I felt the same way at 1st, it will wear off.

i to have this issue but i just think. the past is the past and my futre will not be a repeat. only a fool does the same thing and expect change right ?... As people we are our worst critics, so just stay in the positive and think of how much your knees will be thanking you for what your doing. and how much fun it will be…

i actually just started to eat veggie chips when im in the mood for chips and its only 130 cal for a bag or sometimes ill have the lays baked chips.

I am not to familar with eczema but i use 100% shea butter and one of the things it says it treats is eczema. Also there is a soap called dudu osun that may help. hope this helps.

does the pure protein have a nasty after taste or an aspartame taste to it ?

15 grams of whey protein isolate. I was looking for something pre-packaged that i can store in the fridge at work and have as a snack. it taste great but i guess the sugar has a lot to do with that. i workout in the am and two hours later usually take that as my snack to hold me over til lunch.
