400 calorie fix test (5/11 - 5/17)

Anyone on the 400 calorie fix regimen? Testing for 2 weeks see how it goes. 4 meals a day @ 400 calories each. You eat what you want. but portion controlled! I"m going to see if that really can work. :bigsmile:

400 calories exactly (wahoo)
I'm not hungry but I'm suppose to eat again! Yikes.
Having chicken alfredo for lunch!! Yum!!! This book has great recipies, looking forward to trying them!!!

LUNCH 5/11
1/2 HARVESTLAND CHICKEN BREAST SLICED IN CLASSICO ROASTED GARLIC SAUCE W/ 1 CUP OF BROWN RICE PASTA PENNE
SPRING MIX W/ CARROTS, PARMESEAN CHEESE & 1TLBS OF RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
YUMMY!! 395 CALORIES0 -
day one went very well!! I was hungry in the evening with munchies, so I ate about 200 more calories. So I still ate under the amount that would cause me to gain weight. I struggled with the munchies all day yestereday.
Today, is great no munchies, I feel full. Menu as follows
Bkfst
1/2 bagel with egg, cheese and 2 slices of ham
1/2 bagel with 1 TBLS of strawberry cream cheese
Lunch
North African Turkey Meatballs w/ Carmelized Onions
Brown Rice - 1 cup
1/2 cup of green beans
Dinner
Spring mix w/ shredded carrots with ground turkey (seasoned mexican)
garnished with tortilla chips and mexican mix cheese
Snack Meal
1 bagel with 2 tBLS of strawberry cream cheese
4oz of Greek vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of cascadian granola with nut and raisins0 -
Going great, its kind of fun trying to eat 400 calories! Mix and match game!!!
Today
Bkfst
1 slice of french bread toast w/ cary sugar free syrup and 1/2 tsp of butter
1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled
1/2 banana
3 slices of ham
Lunch
1 red plum
spring mix with/ 3 slices of ham, 1/2 mozarella cheese stringed peeeled apart w/ pepper, salt, 2 spritz of olive oil and basil seasoning
1 slice of french bread w/ 1/2 mozarella stringed cheese
100 calorie almonds pack0 -
im going to have to buy this book when i get the money. keep us updated on how you are doing. and maybe even post a recipe here or there. lol:)0

I can honestly say it is full of great recipies, not difficult and great ideas for making 400 calorie meals. Love it to death!! And I literally am eating what I want. Although I have pretty good habits already. But I like the fact I"m having a little something sweet if I want it each day.!

Not so bad so far, working out well. Today got stuck getting my hair colored, 6 hrs at salon. So ended up with colorist going next door and getting me Jr Bacon Cheeseburger and sea salt natural cut fries - 420 calories without the bun.
BREAKFAST

1 ENGLISH MUFFIN W/ 1 TSP OF BUTTER
3 SLICES OF HAM
400 CALORIES
LUNCH
FLAT OUT STONE WHEAT BREAD W/ ITALIAN SAUSAGE SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND MUSHROOMS TOPPED WITH MOZARELLA CHEESE. 2 SERVINGS
400 CALORIES
DINNER WAS THE BURGER ABOVE
SNACK
CHICKEN BREASTS WITH 1 SERVING OF FRENCH BREAD
400 CALORIES
TONIGHT ADDING A LITTLE EXTRA SINCE I ATE ALL MY 400 CALORIES DURING SNACK FOR DESSERT
150 CALORIES - ALMOND, CRANBERRY AND DARK CHOCOLATE MIX!!0
