I am just starting,, have a lot of weight to lose.
Unfortunately most of my meals are take out..
Very bad!
I need to find great tasting and VERY EASY recipes,, with few ingredients, I don't know how to cook.
Can someone suggest a very good web site that has excellent low cal recipes that are super easy to cook.

This is my favourite - I use lots of their recipes! They are all calorie counted too. Good luck!

Make a chicken wrap. All that's required is chopped roman lettuce, a small sprinkle of parmasan cheese, 1 wrap, grilled chicken strips, and I like to put tomatoes. Takes a few minutes and it's quite filling. Many people like to put dressing in it, but the dressing usually makes the wrap fairly unhealthy so I just leave it out.

Here's a decent video to get you started: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsCEy6juxG8
You should be well-aware of what is healthy and unhealthy, so use common sense to make it a healthy wrap. For example, it only takes a couple few tablespoons of caesar salad dressing to kill a perfectly good meal!
