I am keen on this thread too; as it is easy for me - as I don't work, but I am trying to think up flexible work and school lunch ideas for my husband and kids that transport well, keep and are not fiddly. Agree. That's what I am doing at the moment, as I am back on MFP after some time away and using the mornings scales as a reminder for the day of my intent and goal. My official weight logging day is Friday morning.

As above ... what is the timeframe, rules, conditions ... needs to be lost healthily. No fast tracking/gimmicky attempts. I'm in as my weight is not shifting in the right direction for some time now. This puzzles me too because I only recently came out of a plataue and I don't know if it is because i ate a lot on the weekend before the loss, so maybe I wasn't eating enough? It is confusing. Another MFPer on here suggested smaller meals throughout the day, rather than 2-3 main meals. Try something like that perhaps?

WELL DONE, you can do it! So proud that you met your milestone! I did too, finally. I plataued, despite being good. Was very frustrating but the good thing is that I did get there, eventually! I am 105 now. New goal is 100.00 ... then I want to crack that and be 99.9999999999999999 :) (kilos)
