    Great Job. Thanks for sharing not just the before and after, but the steps. I started in Jan at about 294lb and have been wondering where I want to get to.

    We look to be about the same height so I have gone down your photos and set my goal at 205lb, will not get there this year as have 30lb to lose, but will reach this in the New Year. I can then maintain and see where I want to go from there. 175..... maybe
