I am on Keto diet. Amazing way of eating. Read the book, "Keto Clarity" by Jimmy Moore. This diet has changed my like and I'm never going to go "off" of it.

The good thing about Milk though is that is really helps you feel full. I find I will eat a lot less dinner when I drink skim milk. Plus it has protein and calcuim.

We have been slicing zucchini and just sprinkling it with salt and baking it, and it is really good and practically no calories!

According to my height/weight and goal weight MFP says I am supossed to eat 1540 calories a day. I do add on calories I get for cleaning and exercising, so that usually gives me a few hundred more. I lost 10 pounds right away quickly, but now it is harder. I am just trying to eat healthy and not waste calories. I have…
