Yes, Issues with the weekend! It is so frustrating. I do spend more time working out on the weekends because I have more time to myself. BUT, I also eat a little more but not much. The Monday morning scale says otherwise, grrrrr!!! I dont know what to do!!??

I like this protein powder but can't find it in my local store. Switched to the Jillian brand and its ok but like Aria better. I make some awesome smoothies with this powder. Add powder with any type fruit and almond milk, sometimes toss in 1/4 cup fiber one cereal right before eating to add some crunch, like a parfait!…

Give It more than 2 weeks. Its takes time. A little at a time is the right way to lose! Keep it up!!

After using my Polar HRM I do not trust the machines! Treadmill and elliptical state 100 more than I actually burn.

Thank you! I didn't think I should eat the calories I burned. Thought that would reverse all my work
