  • try researching foods that are both healthy but high in calories, some you don;t have to eat a lot of to eat back some of those calories, Walnuts for example.. not sure what other things but they are out there.
  • you need to start by researching weight lifting big time, people gain muscle and mass by eating ALOT and lifting ALOT, mixed in with a little cardio, and you're well on your way. Make sure you're ingesting good food though, not pizza, cookies, etc etc. Last but not least... Protein shakes are your best friend :)
  • ya know, i figured that was the case, but just wanted to double check to make sure i wasn't missing something haha.. thanks for the help guys
  • haha im desperate, you got the point i was trying to get across. but for the future, i won't use it anymore.
  • 2600 was what they suggested to me based on wanting to lose 2 pounds a week. I figured since the average person takes in about 2000 calories, that it wasn't too low, am i wrong?
