I started MFP three weeks ago, i was doing very well. Lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks, eating 2100 calories a day at 6'4, 256lbs and being fairly active. Any suggestions for lifters?
I have no way o tracking if i burn calories while lifting, any ideas on how to do this? or if i should even do this?

my problem areas are my stomach and around the hips, anyone have any tips? exercises? to help take care of this?

Tough time eating to my calories
Recently raised my calories from 2000 to 2200, and i know it's only 200 calories but i have a tough time eating to my limit. My concern is that i need to get as close as possible to avoid starving myself and my body feasting on my hard earned muscle. Any ideas for snacks to fill in the in between meals?

I am a 6'4 male, 25 years old. I unfortunately had a rough winter and ballooned up to 267 lbs. i'm starting back on MFP, and my goal is 215.
