Tough time eating to my calories

Recently raised my calories from 2000 to 2200, and i know it's only 200 calories but i have a tough time eating to my limit. My concern is that i need to get as close as possible to avoid starving myself and my body feasting on my hard earned muscle. Any ideas for snacks to fill in the in between meals?
