protein shake are great ideas. Also some nutritional bar would be great.I make waffles.You can mix the ingredient at night and just put in in the morning.I use protein shake ,flax seeds ,etc to make healthy waffles.

If you are not taking enough vegs,then add some fiber powder .Drink some fiber,help you clean your body.

healthy weight control is a life style change. Skip meals will only make things worse in the long run. A consistent weight watch exercises, and nutritional meals are the key!

It might be your change of diet or you might ate something that your stomach not happy about. It might be a happy reaction for your change, it will go away in couple of days. I usually take some aloe or digestive enzyme for minor stomach problem.

butter has fat, but it doesn't have added artificial...Use some butter if you need to bake.

It sounds like a funny story. Well, I can imagine the sticky situation.Before I was trying to figure out a place to exercise,but only end up walking around the block. There is no safe place to exercise except a gym.:( Luckly I work from home now, no more issues there.

I guess you need to add more food(calories) at day time, so you won't feel so hungry at night. Also, try to find some low calories to chew on at night. Maybe fruits, sunflower seeds....

There are two things I know: lumiere de vie fading fluid or pentaxyl . try one of those, it will help. Or go cheap :Cream with vitamin e and aloe from walmart.
