Congratulations on moving one step closer to your goal.

That is fantastic Rob. I bet you will walk the course next week, maybe even shave a few points of your score too.
-
Thanks for turning the light on.

What a great story. Thanks for sharing, you both are an inspiration!

I am so happy you will be home soon. Praying for a fast recovery for you.

Completed my 6 month study last Thurs. That was the last thing on my list to complete. Waiting on surgeons office to approve my paperwork and summit to insurance co. for approval. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for date in June.

I was wondering how to do that. Thanks!

What great results. I too am 47 and looking for RNY next month. I no longer dread turning 50 because I know I will the healthiest of my life by that time.

Great info, love this site! It is true and can happen, however us RNY'ers are a bit different. Don't forget that you also have had a mal-absorptive surgery. So you don't get all the calories processed that you put in your body. There have not been any studies done to prove how much we lose, but it is something to keep in…

Wow! great job

That does sound like a great program. I like that they took you to a gym to help you establish exercise habits and goals. Knowledge is power and it seems like they have equipped you for long-term success. Good luck on your journey.

Hoping to have RNY in June. So my goal this time will be strength training. And 20 min. daily on the elliptical.

What is the 30/30 rule?
-
I love that they have a twist off top. Look forward to the new flavor.
