New challenge time! This one is for the 4th of July.

Let's hear those weight goals! It would also be awesome to challenge yourself on some exercise goals too! It's the only way we'll help keep those pounds off and to get/stay healthy! Even if it's just walking for 10 minutes 3 times/day, it's better than nothing!

Push yourself and let's see some awesome results for summer!

    I'm in again.

    SW: 216.4
    GW: Onederland

Exercise goal: Resistance/weight training 2x/week. I've got cardio down because I moved close enough to walk to/from work everyday. However, that meant canceling my gym membership, so I need to find a way to keep working the muscles.

Biggest 'Goal' is SURGERY in June! Since I am hoping and planning for my surgery between now and the end of this challenge on July 4th (I hope to have a DATE very soon!) A realistic weight loss goal is kind of hard to gauge, so I will commit to the challenge of getting that scale moving downward again and continue increasing my physical activity!

Exercise Goal: I will set a goal for one day a week breaking a real sweat! I walk during the week at work during my lunch hour and since I have to come back to work I don't break a heavy sweat, so on my off days at least one I will strive to be soaked in sweat! :drinker:

    Good Luck Team!

Exercise: 25 trips to the gym

    12 down, 18 to go!

Excellent! I haven't been as successful with my efforts to do weights 2x per week, but I did find a new gym yesterday, so I'm getting there.
