    ok im new to this and have three more months before surgery time, haven't gotten my date yet, but I'm all in! Working hard to get diet and exercise ready for the big day! CW 335, Goal for Surgery 321.

    I am also commiting to a min of 30/min of activity at least 5 days a week, we are into our annual fitness challenge at work and that is my goal for the challenge. I am also going to add the 30 day plank challenge.

    The 30 Day Plank Challenge will send your core strength through the roof! Yes, all you have to do is HOLD this position, nothing else! It looks pretty easy, but it isn't!

    I'm excited to see so many new faces in this challenge. YAY! Welcome!

    Also very glad to see how many of you are making exercise goals. That always seems to be the hardest for everyone, but we need that exercise to stay on track. Yay for all of you!

    Excellent! I haven't been as successful with my efforts to do weights 2x per week, but I did find a new gym yesterday, so I'm getting there.

    I am game. By the 4th of July I will be at goal weight.

    Current weight: 163
    Goal weight: 150
    Exercise goal: work out at least 15 minutes per day for 5 of 7 days per week. Work out will rotate between walking, weight lifting or yoga.

    down 1 out of 6; so 5 to go
    getting my miles in for my exercise goal
    my logging goal not so good, do good during day at work then when I get home BAM! nothing......I do snack to much!

    Hi I'm in (although do we state our goal for the month then just the occasional update on this thread?)

    Original weight (3 weeks ago): 308 140kg
    CW: 299 136kg
    GW: 288

    Sleeve is booked for August and wanting to loss as much as poss prior.
    Also starting to see a behavioural psychologist around my addiction to food and behaviours with food so hoping this will give me long term benefits too- keen to sort the physical and mental :))

    My goal for exercise is 3 30 minute walks each week.

    Jumping back in and trying to be positive! Have yet to successfully meet a goal on these challenges, but this time will be different!

    Fitness goals: Reaching 10k steps a day at least 5 days a week, Try a zumba class, ride my bike at least 2 times a week, log all my exercise regularly

    Nutrition goals: Log my food daily! Eliminate soda (again!)

    GW - less than today

    Water aerobics 3-5 times a week and get started on my weights as soon as I am allowed.
    Want to learn to plank - will be asking someone. If I can figure it out properly I will add the plank challenge that is posted above.
    I already post daily and make sure everything that goes in my mouth is on the list - no cheating myself out of knowledge of my behaviors.
