The good thing is that you are trying which means you are getting in water. I am so bad at going a few days at a time and not drinking any. This challenge and doing it with others at whatever amount they choose it great because I am actually taking in water daily. Hope you have a sucessful day!

I hope everyone is doing good so far. I had my veggies and fruit for breakfast.

I have a 32 oz bottle so if I drink it full twice a day, that will be my 8 glasses or cups as MFP puts it. I have some friends that 24 to 30 is nothing for them everyday. If I can make it through just one week doing 8 a day, I will be happy. Over half way through my first bottle now.
