Enjoy time with family and food without the concern about your diet. Give yourself a day to relax and take it off your mind. Go to the gym on days prior and just be sure to burn extra calories by doing extra cardio, etc.:smile:

The starbucks near my house has the nicest workers, HOWEVER, they think waiting is "hip" or "in." I have to make sure I am not in any kind of rush if I grab a coffee from there because they feel like your time doesn't matter..sometimes really annoying tbh.

*Grill an entire pack of chicken or anything like that. *Use a crockpot and put some raw chicken, salsa, and black beans.. then wait a few hours and its like a grilled chicken/Mexican stew..SO YUMMY and low carb :)

drink so much water that it makes you want to puke..sounds awful but it makes food seem like the last thing you ever want.

Grill it, bake it with a little bit of breadcrumb (a little wont kill you)< dip in egg whites then roll in breadcrumb. Then put a tiny bit of reduced fat cheese and tomato sauce on it..tastes like eggplant parm!

I worked and belonged there for a while..it is a good gym for starters, It got me motivated to work out and change my life. Go Veggie cheese is amazing (I like the cheddar).. super low carb, calorie, and fat...does not sacrifice flavor! Tastes amazing cut up and microwaved with some egg beaters in the morning!!!

Literally use to be the same way..about half my calories were from being hungry at night. Drink seltzer water with no sodium (I usually try to find one of the sweeter tasting ones) and it fills you up without the calories...also helps with water intake!
