A couple pounds of extra lean ground beef with a chopped up green pepper and a cup of salsa. Goes great on rice, in omelettes, in tortillas, on nachos with some cheese if you have the calories for it...0

Rotisserie chicken. Chicken meal, shredded chicken with salsa for tacos or wraps, chicken and veggie fried rice, clean off the bones, cover with water and a chopped carrot, chopped celery stalk, small onion, simmer to make broth. Strain, Cool, letting fat rise to top. Remove fat add. Mixed vegetables of chice and now you have soup.0

*Grill an entire pack of chicken or anything like that.
*Use a crockpot and put some raw chicken, salsa, and black beans.. then wait a few hours and its like a grilled chicken/Mexican stew..SO YUMMY and low carb0 -
