LOL its not a good feeling though. waking up to find that one of your friends suddenly hates you? its a slap in the face. but screw it, im going to keep losing weight to make myself happy and healthy and no amount of jealousy is going to stop me.

my doctor and nutritionist urge me to eat 3 meals AND 2 snacks a day. snacks arent bad! youre more likely to make bad decisions or overeat when youre hungry and snacks ward off hunger between meals. :) when it comes to snacks, you just need to make good choices. ;)

no. no. no. no. and yes, still losing weight. i hate the items you listed and much prefer whole grains and soymilk if i have milk at all....its pretty rare for me. mostly, i just drink water.

I've had PB2. It's alright but texture wise, it's nothing like peanut butter. low cal, sure. tasty, sure. but also not as filling or delicious as the real thing. ive had peanut butter, sunflower butter and almond butter. i vastly prefer the latter two. PB2 is alright in a pinch. its best in smoothies though. with banana.
