you can also type "calories burned doing P90X" in google and a calculator will come up. It lists all the P90X exercises and you enter which one you did, how long and how much you weigh and it gives you an estimated calorie burn.

I like MLO vegetable protein powder (it's vegan also). Tastes good. Sometimes I just use it and bananas and have a really good banana smoothie. :)

I've heard you need at least 500 additional calories when pregnant. I for one need much more because I was SO STARVING ALL THE TIME. But, definitely check with you doctor. You need to keep eating healthy and add about 500 calories to your eating routine daily. I have heard of people loosing weight during pregnancy, some in a healthy way (not even trying) but then of course as the baby grows so does the scale (but that doesn't mean that you are getting fat, it means the baby is getting bigger…

I'm vegetarian too. Tofu is a great source of protein (you can cube it, slice it, blend it mixed with olive oil and spices to make a "alfredo sauce", etc), Tempeh is good and could be served with rice and veggies, beans of all kinds, hummus. There are a lot of protein sources out there that don't come from animal products…

I don't think taking pills to help you loose weight is a good idea nor is it healthy. Self control and portion control and good choices...that's the best way to do it.

tofu, tempeh, beans ( I like black beans, cranberry beans (which I add to salads) and there a many others to choose from, Peanut butter or other nut butters....

I like the classes better because if you start getting tired you keep going cuz everyone else keeps going. Then you feel fabulous afterward! At home there's absolutely no accountability so it's easy to quite in the middle.

You can use Stevia. Stevia is an all natural sweetener derived from a plant. It is not artificial. A VERY small amount goes a long way! So, add a tiny bit and taste it and keep doing that until you learn how much is good for you. Too much will leave an aftertaste.

Make sure you are not eating white bread. Only wheat or whole grain. White bread does add to belly fat (and fat in general).

I made this recipe tonight and it is fabulous! I added some ground turkey to it and only used 2 cups of mozzarella total for the whole recipe. Thanks for sharing.
