Can of worms just sprang right open....
Any diet pills...not good in my opinion.0 -
I don't think taking pills to help you loose weight is a good idea nor is it healthy. Self control and portion control and good choices...that's the best way to do it.0

There is no miracle diet. Pills = bad. Acai and other "herbal" supplements used to promote weight loss are ways for people to make money off the ignorant.
Best formula = eat right, drink water, and exercise.0 -
Did pills help you to get fat? If not then why expect that they'll help you get unfat... it's our eating habits that do most of us in, I know mine did, I eat 2000 calories a day and lose... I was obviously eating a lot more than that before to get to where I did weight wise....0

the only thing that actually works is the EC stack (ephedra and caffeine)
ephedra is a banned/controlled substance in most places.
so unless you're willing to take brokaid on a regular basis, there aren't any supplements that are going to actually change your metabolism enough to make a difference.
caffeine is great for appetite suppresion. but acai and all of that stuff isn't going to make you lean.
eat right, drink water, and exercise, as said above.0 -

You can cleanse and detox more effectively by ACTUALLY cleansing and detoxing. It isn't just about how many calories you consume, it's also about the type of calories you consume. A nutrient-dense diet comprised of mostly fruits and vegetables will do wonders. Diet pills are a joke.0

pills dont work!
better to clean up your diet and do it with the belief that its YOU and not the pills in control of your body0 -

If diet pills worked, no one would be fat.0 -
Can't say that I've found a pill that does much of anything for me. I do take supplements like Fish Oil and Fiber along with my daily multivitamin. But that's a personal choice and some people don't believe in even taking vitamins. Check with your doctor, see what he/she says...0
