I've found the hardest part is actually going to the gym from home but once i'm there I always have a great work out. One way I helped myself to overcome this was to choose a gym on the route to work so it never seems like i'm going out of my way to get there.

Yep it is possible to lose more, so far i've been losing 3.5 lbs (1/4 stone) a week. But my diet is very low carb (and incredibly boring). I force myself to the gym to do 30min cardio three times a week to keep the metabolism going. I eat a lot of Turkey, beef, chicken, fish, bacon, sometimes eggs (if I have 2 eggs i try…

I do once a week on a sunday - it's a group indication if i've gone up or down since last weigh in. If you weigh yourself every day it just becomes a morale rollercoaster.

I give myself a reward day once a week (On Monday's - makes the day something to look forward to for a change!) Having said that I don't go nuts with it, i just eat one meal or portion of something I really want. So far it's going ok!
