Don't let the gain let you lose focus... I only lost .4 this week THANKSGIVING is filled with lost of food and family! work harder this week to work that nasty little pound off

I plan on working before the food festivities and after!!! If I workout afterwards it will save me from eating because Ill feel like crap if I eat to much.. I just want a bowl of chicken and dumplings

my calorie goal is set to 1200 but I am gonna do some research on that because that seems like too low if starvations mode is right under 1200

the inital first class was HARDDD!! but it gets easier and now I love spin classes Try it two or three times

I have heard that as well.. Do a 10 minute cardio warm up then strength training because you have more blood glucose and you have more powerful contractions and you get the most of your muscle then cardio because since you burned through most the blood glucose you are working into the stored fat

the citrus chicken.. im not sure what its called but its grilled chicken with a orange citric sauce served veggies.. its quite delicious and not too bad on calories
