When I run... I run .25 to .50 a mile then walk .25 mile for 3 miles. Its interval training...bringing your heart rate up then bringing it down then bringing it up again it burns more calories ... I cant run a straight 2 miles...i get bored to easily

I said the 21st... but since weigh ins will be on Sundays lets start 11/20 see the group page to post your starting weight so I can add you to the spreadsheet!

The challenge officially starts 11/20 which is Sunday! I think in the post I said the 11/21 which is the Monday but since weigh in will be on Monday... we will start Sunday 11/20 which gives us three days to get it together!

i always knew i didnt like the number on the scale but always ignoring what i saw in the mirror because i didnt want to believe it. So after 5 months of hard work i lost 40 lbs and going back looking at pictures i was needless to say embarrassed!! its a fight but YOU ARE worth it!
