I've lost 10 pounds in about 10 days .I couldn't manage to lose weight before.What has been working for me : Counting my calories Three meals and two "snacks" in between ( smoothie, green juice, fruits) .I've thus managed to reduce my intake and it takes less food to keep me full. I also walk again ...about 2-3 miles a day.

I love asparagus !! You can eat them cold or hot.Carrots, zucchini and brussel sprouts.

Same for me !! This pretty much sums it up....that and my love of snacks.I have no problem just eating snacks , no real meals at all.

My typical breakfast is: steel cut oats with some almond milk or homemade coconut milk.I may add some banana slices or some almonds. Sometimes i like to drink some coffee n milk with a bagel plus a little bit of butter or some almond cocoa butter.

I went from 135 pounds to 203, almost 204 pounds.I was actually 204 before losing all the way to 135 last year.I went from a size 6 jeans to 8 to 10.Then my beautiful gap jeans size 10 would not fit anymore.I weighed myself, it read 203.6.I was shocked.....that was the last straw.Starting all over again. I add a teaspoon of coconut oil, some almond milk and sometimes some honey.If not, half a banana.
