I only hit 295 last night :( I ended up with a horrible headache and was in bed at 7:30p and never got to finish them. Oh well.... 295 is better than 0!

I forgot to come here last night to say I did it!! I broke them up b/t crunches. side crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches and plank twists. Feeling the soreness this morning... and I love it!!
