But some how you just got to fit in an hour of exercise, walk as much as possible ( walk to uni, subce the weather is getting better out outside more often as a stress relief or for cardio) but nore importantly stocking up on the right food and starting each day with a positive mindset should be number…

Trust me don't worry about those people that are walking by, most the time they'll probably comfort you. e.g. i'm not the slimmest and i wear a hijab but i still go to the park and jog, squat etc. Yes i feel uncomfortable but people are always supportive. Smile back and just stay positive!! it'll be worth it

I do yes, I buy at least 1 size smaller and a bit more expensive so I feel bad for wasting my money but also keeps me motivated. I try them on every know and then to see if my waste has shrunk. It gives that bit of a boost

Hi Personally i've done that before for the same reason, but whether its advisable or not i'm not sure.. for me working out is working out if I have the energy and the motivation then I go for it :)
