Hi everyone

I am doing my plyometric cardio circuit today but I was wondering if it would be advisable to add on cardio abs? I feel as though I haven't really worked on my abs yet. This will be the third time I do plyometric cardio circuit.

    Hi
Personally i've done that before for the same reason, but whether its advisable or not i'm not sure.. for me working out is working out if I have the energy and the motivation then I go for it :)

I'd follow the programme to the letter. You'll be using your abs no matter what, anyway.

a lot of people have had great success with the program and it's schedule so you'd probably still get nice results in your abs even if you don't add the ab workout BUT it's still up to you. I do the same thing. I add turbo fire's abs 10 workout every other day to my insanity workout so I could work my abs more often and with more intensity. just make sure that you get enough protein (i drink a protein shake right after the workout) and don't do it for 2 consecutive days cause your muscles need time to repair
