I'm 160 and have been staying here for a couple of weeks (not really tracking just hanging out). Healthy BMI for me starts at 154. I'm 5'6''. Still have lots of tummy fat. I look awesome at 145. or did 15 years ago! and that was post kids. so I'm just going to kick back in gear in Sept. and aim for 154. When I get there…

I just carry my cell phone. stick it in a hardcase for canoe trips.

Bike seat is too high. You can always stand and pedal for 10 seconds or so for relief but yes lower that bike seat.

Way to go. I've gone from obese to overweight. 6 more lbs and I'm in the healthy range.

As above poster said but to put it in real simple terms Eat less, move more. Works for me. 44 lbs down.

I year after my first I was back to pre-baby weight and yes I was still breast feeding. It's only been 5 months-it was 9 months for you putting on the weight. Be patient.

6 lbs to healthy BMI. I started in Obese.

sounds easy but register for a fitness class. You will meet people and feel better.

I just eat smaller portions. Don't worry about it too much and tomorrow is a new day.

I have been coasting and staying 160-159 for most of the month. But that's ok as it is the lowest I have been for about 7 years. Think I'll stop between 140 and 150 which gets me into healthy BMI. I was not heavy until I hit 40 so losing weight is making me feel younger again.

go back to PT. with insoles or orthotics there should be a gradual introduction and you build up wearing time. or go back to the dr. who gave you the insoles. Do the foot exercises the PT gave you for plantar fascititis.

I used to wear men's swim shorts as the women's wouldn't accommodate my belly. I'm back in my women's swim shorts now-shorter and cuter. My eldest (25) is here for a few days. So is a buddy of his from High school. The buddy forgot a swim suit. My old swim shorts-waist 36 are fitting him well.

Wearing a stretchy sundress today and when I take it off I'mtaking it in at the sides from arm holes down!

middle of BC here.

Yes doing your strength training after your jog. 20 minutes slow running and 20 minutes walking is not that strenous. Use it as your warmup.
-
Pick up a used exercise bike for cheap-check online, garage sales. If you like riding then later you can look at upgrading. My first exercise bike was like $10 and then later I moved to a trainer for my outdoor bike.

I weigh in every day. Do you realyy need a cheat meal? It doesn't help weight loss.
-
NO No No. Here's what to do instead. Switch the junk food for nutritous food. Talk with your doctor about appropriate weight gain. Diet after the baby is born-that's only 20 more weeks.

How tall are you? Your brain might be right.

If you can take pants off without undoing them it is time for a smaller size. A box just went to a friend, she will take what she doesn't want to a thrift store.

Put loud jingle bells or something on your bedroom door so it alerts you if you open it.
