And this is a problem, because..?

From the start, again? I don't know, that does not seem to work for you. Every body is different, so everyone reacts differently. Did you try starting from the finish? On a more serious note, how should someone motivate you? We don't know jack about you. Why don't you tell us why you want to lose weight?

Oats, milk and then either apple + cinnamon or banana + peanut butter (or unsweetened cocoa powder). Then boil.

I realised that I was almost 25 now and still fat. Do I feel like a whiny person who makes great plans but sees none through? Do I feel like a slave to poor eating habits? No. But I sure act like one. So I stopped. For me it was realising I was not acting in accordance to my self-image. And that I had zero reason to do so.…

Eat more legumes! Easy protein without all the meat all the time. For little boosters, add milk to your tea/coffee and snack on nuts and cheese.

This. Logging everytime makes me question everything and hindering the progress.

Did you try eating more fruit? Yesterday I was feeling horrible, tired hungry and cranky (lack of sleep does that), then I ate an apple and it was like a choir of angels has descended upon me. Made some sweet potatoes when I got home, spent the rest of the evening in bliss.

What are your goals, OP? You sound like you have none. If you have a goal to strive for, you don't have to wonder. Also, what torture? I'm not dieting, I'm eating healthy (more or less). When I feel hungry, I eat something. So what if I'm over my cal limit? It hardly matters on the big scale. Everyone falls, but you gotta…

I just log "Circuit training" for 25 min, I think that's the best estimate without a HRM.

I have a question - how repetitive is it? I probably could last 10 days (well, more like 16, I need my rest days) doing the same workout. But if the second level is pretty much the same, just intensified, I'll be bored. Variety is the spice of life, after all!

I recently increased my intake as well, current goal is 1300. I guess my TDEE went up or something, because I started gaining weight despite eating 1000~1200 cals... Now I'm eating more and my weight goes down again :)

Well, they aren't exactly January goals, more like general ones, but here goes: 1) Four workouts per week (30mins each) 2) Start the 8-week weight loss challange with a friend 3) Participate in the Hogwarts Fitness thingy on Tumblr 4) Eat more protein and veggies.

I just tell them they've never seen me naked, people usually shut up after that. (Probably imagining me naked, lol)

Nah, as I said, I'm just curious

I'm 5'2 and 1200 kcals works just fine for me, to gain I'll have to eat 1500+. I once ate 1000kcal, sure, I dropped a pound the very next day, but I really don't think it's healthy in the long term. Especially when one works out. May I ask for a link for that online body fat percentage calculator? I'm curious. I have a…
