From the start, again? I don't know, that does not seem to work for you. Every body is different, so everyone reacts differently. Did you try starting from the finish?
On a more serious note, how should someone motivate you? We don't know jack about you. Why don't you tell us why you want to lose weight?0 -
Hi, everybody starts over so don't worry about it, you know what it's like to lose weight and your dying to get there .you did the hardest thing, you made a decision for health , I always push this workout T25, because it works for me, also good nutrition , so start somewhere and make it work, keep pushing ...0

How much weight do you have or want to lose?
My advice is to break your weight loss down into small, measureable goals. I lost a total of ~25 pounds, but my original goal was just to be under 160 pounds (I'm 5'9" and my starting weight was 168-170). Once I hit 159, I realized I wanted to be lower based on how much fat I still had on my body and wanting to be in the middle of my BMI range. I readjusted my goal weight to 145, and worked steadily towards that goal.
Other advice I have is to not look at the weight loss journey as ending when you reach your goal weight. It's a continuing process with moderating your diet, and setting and fulfilling health and fitness goals for the rest of your life.1 -

I start over every day. All that history of obesity is behind me, before me is one day. One step on the scale. One record the weight. One breakfast, do it right. One lunch, do it right. One dinner, do it right. One snack, do it right.0
