typically every sunday before my workout, which is some time in the AM. i used to do it every day but i feel that it just makes you feel worse, because the number wont go down in a day.

i used MFP to lose the 15 again, and really it just depended on how strictly i followed it. i probably lost it in about a month. i worked out about 3-4 times a week, running, elliptical, and some weights. so if you follow MFP and are honest with yourself you will see success!

we sound pretty similar, i had lost about 70ish pounds, regained 15, and am down those 15 again. i am a US size 12-14 depending on the store and want to fit into a size 8-10! first single digit size in my adult life! :D
