ladies who are around that height... basically just looking for comparisons... what is your highest, current, and goal weights? i am 5'8, i was at least 230-240, currently 180 (was 162), goal of 150-155. i have a medium frame, pics are welcome as they are motivational!!!

Bad few months, ready to get back on track
Seriously been binging on terrible food for a few months and gained some weight back. Nothing works like MFP so I am back. Anyone else in the same boat and want to motivate each other?

a little taste here and there....
obviously it can add up. but do you guys ever do it, to prevent yourself from binging on what you want down the road?

i dont do cheat days... but today wasn't awesome :/
today i worked out, had a good breakfast, everything normal... until my BFs family got chinese food for dinner :/ i didn't eat until i was about to bust open (like i did before). i had a little bit of everything but am pretty sure i did not eat enough to go over my calorie goal. i haven't had anything remotely bad in well…

lean cuisines: actually OK for you?
does anyone regularly (or frequently) eat lean cuisines? are they actually OK for you? i know they arent high in calories but sometimes frozen meals make me wary...

i usually weigh in sunday mornings (today) but today i've already eaten. should i wait until tomorrow or will today be somewhat accurate still? what do you guys do?
