I love tuna w/out mayo. My favorite: Tuna with diced cucumber, diced tomato, avocado and a little wasabe. Wrap up in wheat tortilla. delicious.

Love this topic. I really enjoy beer. The good, high calorie beer. IPA's, etc. Tried for a long time to limit it to 1 or 2 each night but, have been hitting a weight plateau. I had to bite the bullet and try to cut back any alcohol to once a week. As soon as your body gets alcohol, it burns it first then your food. Hoping…

I think its time to smoke a little pot. Chemo patients are using it for appetite, should work for you too. Your body needs something when it starts craving such oddball things. Be thankful its only corn starch, get past it and start eating.......Healthy!

You've been doing great, a couple drinks is going to be fine. Probably will not slow weight loss for the day. Just try to still stay within your cal goals.

Best to get a heart rate monitor and add it into data base. Ive been doing that for the Insanity workouts. Calorie burn varies so much. If I burn 800 cals in a plyo workout then, have my wife do the same workout, similar heart rate but she burns closer to 600.
