Gosh, you're right. Finding multiple ways to motivate people must make me a terrible person. I don't have to include any sort of prize or gift for participants. If you don't wish to join, which you've been extremely clear you do not... then you are welcome to keep your negativity to yourself.

No one said anything about shakes, wraps or any sales products. The group is for support, motivation and accountability. And thankfully will not include anyone who wants to comment random negativity.

Love that you are taking the advice and being flexible with your goal. I really like the idea of beginning with a smaller goal and if you surpass that, then you'll be even happier with yourself instead of not reaching your goal and being upset.

The beginning is the hardest, lots of hard work and will power with little to show. But just remember that the weight didn't come overnight. You can, and WILL get to your goal. Do not beat yourself up over a cheat meal!!!!!! Enjoy the heck out of it, accept it, then move forward. Nothing good will come out of guilt.
