  • I feel the same way! I just started week 3 and though I lost 4 lbs the first week, the scale will not move anymore! It's very frustrating as I'm doing a very good job of staying under the 1200 calorie mark on most days. Grrr!
  • I am the same way and have so little time in the morning to prepare breakfast, I typically just grab a mini whole wheat bagel with a tbsp. of cream cheese (150 calories total), an apple and a cup of coffee. Keeps me full until lunch and only puts a small dent in my daily calorie count.
