First day...not as good as I should have been!
So today was my first day of a biggest loser challenge with some friends. Didn't do as great as I'd hoped...any suggestions for bolstering my motivation? Having a hard time picking foods that are healthy and taste good. Anyone have good recipes?

I feel like I'm addicted to food...help!
I just joined MFP and am really liking the concept...I'm actually accountable for what I eat but I feel like I'm addicted to food! Does anyone else feel that way...and how do you get past it?
