Had a bbq at my place. Ate and ate and ate. And didn't care about counting calories....and my stomach wasn't happy last night.....but it was so worth it. Starting fresh tomorrow with a great workout....now onto rest of the day :-)

I tried the peach margarita...it was terrible. I had to add in juice to actually make it drinkable.

I lost my first 30 pounds in about 5-6 months....down now to 71 pounds loss thus far and I have about 15-20 more to go.

I got my polar FT4 from amazon for 60 dollars. It has a chest strap and I totally love it. I have been using it for over a year now and it is still working great. Polar has great models. Which ever you end up with, just make sure that you have one with a chest strap.

I have some light weights at home 2, 3, 5 and 10 pounds and I do couple of strength DVDS including JM no more trouble zone. Love these workouts. There are also some nice workouts with weights on youtube (for free)...check out beFit links from Youtube.

I went on a cruise last year (about 2 months after starting on my healthy lifestyle). At the end of the 3 days cruise, I actually ended up losing one pound. Nicely put. I started off by walking. Started out slowly, then increased by intensity and duration of the walks. Lost about 25-30 pounds. And after that I was ready to move onto our workouts. I still try to walk couple of days a week. It is relaxing and enjoyable especially now when the weather is so lovely.

Weight watchers also have some nice ice cream bars which are delish and around 80-100 calories each. Not bad on the sugar either.
