I like this, particularly since my main problem is i get bored AF when i run any other apps like this that people know of?

im not a fan just because of the caffeine. if you do drink coffee, it should be avoided for the first couple of hours after you wake up (even tho this is when most people need it the most) since it messes with the hormones that naturally wake up your brain

i get stuff from davids tea. it is expensive compared to other tea shops but the quality is great and its most convenient for me. plus i only have 1 or so a day so even if it is a little more than otehr places it doesnt break the bank

to inform is one thing (and a good thing), but she said "sneak" extra cals in which i took to imply it would be without him knowing, reading back now i see she could have meant it just as adding it in also people usually yo-yo period, i havent really seen anything but anecdotal that says low cal dieting is much less…

what others are saying, hes a big boy ect. so you know- i'd be pissed if i found out my SO was sneaking food into my lunch to raise my cal count, even if it was done with good intentions. some people have success with low cal deiting, and 2000 isnt all that low for the majority of people. just make sure he lifts or he'll…

you will not get bulky arms (or anything) unintentionally, just lift and keep to a deficit and you have nothing to worry about

for the most part no, but dont completely ignore micronutrients (vitamins & minerals). with an ideal level of micro's (on top of macros) you'll feel physically better, and it can only help with fat loss (both appetite wise and just ensuring your body has all it needs to function at 100%)

what others are saying. worry less about the content (not that that isnt important, but you are focusing wayy to much on that right now), and more about the size of portions. if you cant do that without worrying then you need to seek professional help also this

mens fitness actually has some good stuff, you have to churn through alot of bull though this article is pretty good IMO if you dont want to count calories as everything they mentioned will help achieve a calorie deficit. but counting cals is the best way to ensure it, you could potentially do everything on the list and…

dont listen to the forums. ive had success here, left, came back, ect. still having success on my end but the forums here are taking a plunge, they're just full of people bickering back and forth over nothing, and most dont have a clue what they are talking about. do your own research and form your own opinions. use the…

i just want to point out the irony here...

im not making assumptions, its a fact. i dont mean it insultingly, most people (including myself) dont care enough to pay that close of attention to their diet. Im referring to people specifically on this site, they use the iffym approach to justify eating crap. after hitting protein and fat goals some people think they…

somewhat. the picture drop was just a preventative measure, i suppose the anonymity of it was a decent perk as well

i used to have one, until an older female on my friends list started getting a little creepy. never again :|

oh so you were hoping to learn from someone with a grey avi were you?
-
oh did you go to my profile to try and find dirt on me? exactly why i locked it up bud. try harder
-
yea its usually a back and forth discussion. your commenting on things that this thread has moved passed, i.e. derailing the discussion
-
doesnt negate what im saying either
-
the only problem with this is interpretation. people use this as an excuse to eat a bowl of ice cream everyday (not that there is anything inherently wrong with that) when they have deficiencies in other areas, because MA ACE CREME! how much is too much is what it comes down to, and no one really knows, so why not minimize…

it probably has something to do with you replying to posts that are hours long and asking questions that have been answered. do you talk just to hear your own voice?
-
now your pickin up what im droppin, albeit i dont go to a huge extreme to hit every micro thats pretty much my thought process specifically in the terms of healthy vs unhealthy (minus the juicing, im just not a fan of liquid dieting even if it provides a greater micro profile) i also agree with your last paragraph in that…

credibility nulled

no issue, but again how often does that ever really happen? and also, thats why chivalryder tried to separate the food from the diet, attempting to get rid of that context needed. without doing that, this whole conversation is one giant circle jerk
-
your still missing the micronutrient point. yes, if you have all micros in for a day then it makes no difference but how often does that ever happen without extreme planning and diligence to a very specific diet
-
on a nutritional label, negligible values are considered zero. like how things that arent zero fat can say zero fat, it just has to be below a certain value
