what i think most people overlook when considering whether foods or an overall diet is relatively healthy or not is micro nutrients. you can hit your macros and still have a pretty crappy diet health wise

In, I'm in he same boat. though I think you and i both know that we just need to get back into the same routine of things that we did before, only moreso this time around (i.e. fewer cals, more exercise, perhaps more focus on the quality of food rather than just quantity)

its effortless once you get into the routine. for me losing the bulk of my weight was easy, but i had a daily routine down pat where I had all my activity and food perfectly in order. now that i have a more sporadic schedule its proving much tougher (but im also down to the notoriously hard last 20)

In. went from 275 to 205 from october of last year to april, stalled out and gained 5 back since then. Goal weight being 185 it would be great to be within 5 lbs of that by Easter, and this should help with motivation

it almost always is. what i believe your referring to is people not realizing that they arent in a deficit. and im still lost on that point you were trying to make yesterday, all i saw was multiple posts asking the same question that had been answered already, thats why i stepped in
