  • yea its usually a back and forth discussion. your commenting on things that this thread has moved passed, i.e. derailing the discussion
  • doesnt negate what im saying either
  • the only problem with this is interpretation. people use this as an excuse to eat a bowl of ice cream everyday (not that there is anything inherently wrong with that) when they have deficiencies in other areas, because MA ACE CREME! how much is too much is what it comes down to, and no one really knows, so why not minimize…
  • it probably has something to do with you replying to posts that are hours long and asking questions that have been answered. do you talk just to hear your own voice?
  • now your pickin up what im droppin, albeit i dont go to a huge extreme to hit every micro thats pretty much my thought process specifically in the terms of healthy vs unhealthy (minus the juicing, im just not a fan of liquid dieting even if it provides a greater micro profile) i also agree with your last paragraph in that…
  • credibility nulled
  • no issue, but again how often does that ever really happen? and also, thats why chivalryder tried to separate the food from the diet, attempting to get rid of that context needed. without doing that, this whole conversation is one giant circle jerk
  • your still missing the micronutrient point. yes, if you have all micros in for a day then it makes no difference but how often does that ever happen without extreme planning and diligence to a very specific diet
  • on a nutritional label, negligible values are considered zero. like how things that arent zero fat can say zero fat, it just has to be below a certain value
  • i dont have much space though, just one bedroom since i live with 4 other guys. I've looked into a PVC one that was also collapsible but then i saw a pic of someone who built it and it snapped when they were using it, nasty stuff
  • oh how i've missed the forums. shes repeating herself because she's right, yet people seem to somehow still miss the point. i blame obama
  • you seem to understand the premise but are stuck on the fact that there is no hard definition of healthy, or clean, or even an empty calorie. these are all relative terms 2 direct comparisons in front of you showing calorie vs micro count, you should be able to clearly state which is better for you. and short of some minor…
  • and OP was never seen again
  • a calorie accompanied by little/no micro nutrient profile. which was said in the first reply
  • what i think most people overlook when considering whether foods or an overall diet is relatively healthy or not is micro nutrients. you can hit your macros and still have a pretty crappy diet health wise
  • In, I'm in he same boat. though I think you and i both know that we just need to get back into the same routine of things that we did before, only moreso this time around (i.e. fewer cals, more exercise, perhaps more focus on the quality of food rather than just quantity)
  • its effortless once you get into the routine. for me losing the bulk of my weight was easy, but i had a daily routine down pat where I had all my activity and food perfectly in order. now that i have a more sporadic schedule its proving much tougher (but im also down to the notoriously hard last 20)
  • In. went from 275 to 205 from october of last year to april, stalled out and gained 5 back since then. Goal weight being 185 it would be great to be within 5 lbs of that by Easter, and this should help with motivation
  • for chest; chest flys, dips, decline and incline bench for shoulders; lateral dumbbell raises, straight dumbbell raises, incline bench are you OHPin and benching in the same day?
  • yea. why?
  • not sure how you got that out of my post. notice how i said garcina and keytones dont work? im defending the tips that help keep a calorie deficit. the magic potion thing at the end was just a stupid joke
  • "i dont know" is a perfectly acceptable answer
  • i read the whole thread, and it made sense but again what you were asking was answered. and policing is fun, what else am i supposed to do at work. Work? nat ill agree about the detox and cleanse threads (though i think alot of people realize those are short term implementations that wont have all that much effect on fat…
  • it almost always is. what i believe your referring to is people not realizing that they arent in a deficit. and im still lost on that point you were trying to make yesterday, all i saw was multiple posts asking the same question that had been answered already, thats why i stepped in
  • look up strategy in the thesaurus and trick is a top suggestion. i dont see how people are struggling with this concept
  • sorry for the late reply, had some stuff to do anywho, if you've been on this site for more than a day you know the key to weight loss is a calorie deficit. just look at this one post that got jumped all over by 10 different users on the first page because it didnt say "calorie deficit tricks" wanna give me an example of…
  • I assume your talking about moi. i just hate it when people nitpick things just so they can point out someone is wrong, when they are creating a perfectly good discussion, which has actually appeared on this forum many times with no problem before
  • for many it isnt nearly that simple. you have to battle the mental aspect, and OP is asking for tricks and tips on how to do so
