thanks everyone. no im not trying to lose weight. does anyone have any healthy foods to up my caloric intake? i was thinking avocado, but i get sick of them pretty fast. id prefer it to be something easy

im just eating to 1200 then exercising. im not counting calories burned because its hard to determine how many ive burned that day.

Thank you. I just wish I could have been a lot smarter and did weight training while I was losing. Everytime i look in the mirror i lose more and more confidence. My thighs are so huge and my tummy just bloats whenever I eat, so if im on the beach or something I have to avoid eating even a cracker. I honestly hate my body…

im not sure how to start lifting weights, thats why im trying to find workout videos to do instead. I only have one set of weights that are really old and im not sure how heavy they are.. does anyone have any advice on how to start at home?

Im happy with how i look though. I dont want extreme muscle definition at all. I just want a nice lean look which is what I would have without this excess skin.

Think about how much you want it. Think about how when you've lost all of it, people will say "wow, you look great!" How good that will make you feel. You will be confident around people, you will be able to go shopping for new clothes, you wont hide any part of your body. Just do it, its good for you!
